Our Owner
Born and raised in Central Montana, Xavier Plouffe takes pride in delivering quality work with a strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail. His dedication to hard work and integrity was shaped by his service in the Montana Army National Guard, where he learned the value of discipline, reliability, and getting the job done right. As the owner, he upholds these values in every project, ensuring that honesty, craftsmanship, and professionalism are at the core of his business.
Outside of work, Xavier enjoys spending time with his wife, Tia, and their three children, Maya, Rowan, and Asher. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and he brings the same level of care and dedication to his business as he does to his home life.
