Our Owner
Xavier Plouffe is a Central Montana native who believes that good work speaks for itself — and that reliability still matters. After growing up in the area, Xavier carried those values into his service with the Montana Army National Guard, where he learned firsthand the importance of discipline, accountability, and following through on every commitment.
Today, those same principles guide XPerienced Outdoor Solutions. As the owner, Xavier takes pride in providing dependable, detail-oriented service and treating every property with care and respect. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, his focus is simple: do the job right, communicate clearly, and deliver results customers can trust.
Outside of work, Xavier is a husband and father who values time spent with his wife, Tia, and their three children, Maya, Rowan, and Asher. Family is central to his life, and that sense of responsibility carries into his business — where honesty, craftsmanship, and professionalism are never optional.
